Function/ Department: Rural Banking
Job Purpose:
The role entails building, developing, and deepening relationships with Rural Banking accounts and ensuring best in-class service to the customers. The role bearer has a responsibility to drive business growth, ensure branch profitability and adherence to audit and compliance regulations.
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Acquisition: focus on acquiring to new customers and deepening existing relationships.
• Championing the purpose of building Liabilities book in rural India.
• Book Quality: maintaining AMB balances.
• Maintain highest standards of Customer Service and Compliance.
• Adopt and promote Digital.
• Groom and mentor team.
• Build leadership presence in Cluster Managers.
• Act as a state leader transcending functional boundary.
• Uphold the tenets of Code of Conduct and Employer Value Proposition.
Managerial & Leadership Responsibilities:
• Execute organization strategies and align team effectively with an aim to create a healthy organizational culture.
Education Qualification:
Graduation: BA / BCom / BSc / BBA / BCA / BE / BTech or any other graduate.
Experience: 5 to 10 years of relevant experience.
