'-Acquisition : focus on acquiring to new customers and deepening exsiting relationships |championing the purpose of building Liabilities book in rural India| Book Quality : maintaining AMB balances | Maintain highest standards of Customer Service and Compliance | Adopt and promote Digital | Groom and mentor team |
Secondary Responsibilities :
'Build leadership presence in Cluster Managers | Act as a state leader transcending functional boundaries | Uphold the tenets of Code of Conduct and Employer Value Proposition
Managerial & Leadership Responsibilities :
'Execute organization strategies and align team effectively with a aim to create a healthy organizational culture.

CASA and FD growth | Revenue and TPP | Team attrition | Digital Adoption
