Cluster M&E & Groups Executive- Maternity Cover, Full Time
Contract Type - Temporary (Fixed Term Contract)
3+ hours per week

The Kingsley by Thistle is a classic Edwardian hotel, near Covent Garden, Holborn and Oxford Street. The Kingsley has been awarded 4-star status and has 12+ bedrooms and seven meeting rooms. The team is relatively small and close-knit in keeping with the property's combination of modern comforts and historic charm.
The Role
As Meeting and Events Sales Executive you will be responsible for promoting the Meeting and Events facilities to prospective clients and will act as the main point of contact for co-ordinating their events. This is a customer facing role, so you will need to have excellent interpersonal skills and have a real drive to always deliver the best possible service. Our Meetings and Events teams are all about exceeding the customer's expectations and giving attention to the smallest details. There will be an elevated level of telephone communication and an administrative element to the role as well, so you will need to be able to demonstrate excellent organisation skills and strong commercial awareness.
