Job Description
We are looking to hire a Cluster Sales Head to support Rajasthan territory.
The primary responsibility is to grow the business and develop & maintain a high value business relationship with distributors, contractors, panel shops and the design community.
In addition, you will be expected to maintain local market knowledge, establish market potential and market share to develop sales strategy.
Responsibilities
• Help Achieve sales and market profitability by Driving, monitoring, guiding and supporting including overall Product management of:
(i) Achieving Sales Target for Construction systems for Cluster of Rajasthan.
(ii) Distribution channel activities,
(iii) Control QA & QC for effective application of systems to reduce failures of product system and application,
(iv) Key accounts and projects application monitoring through team.
(v) Coaching & Mentoring of the team to get best out from the team.
• Make Presentation during seminars for influencers applicator/distributor meets on system application Project Management and quality assurance and implementation.
• Better Penetration of entire Geography to tap entire allocated Area.
• Ensure compliance with values & principles, code of conduct and EHS guidelines of Master Builder Solutions in all business activities.
• Collate and provide timely and accurate forecast for better planning and services to the customers
Experience
• Education: Civil Engineering graduate & Management Graduate in Marketing (Desired)
• Working Experience: 10 to 15 years of experience in Construction Chemicals sales
