Job Description
• Monitor Dealer wise, product wise, month wise sales plans.
• Brand Promotion, demand creation from dealers.
• Market development activities in assigned area.
• Regular interaction with Govt. authorities.
• Selling skills and commercial acumen.
• Assist in developing sales field team through structured training and on the job coaching.
• Monitor cash flows and dues from dealers.
• Evaluate monitor distributor / dealers performance at regular intervals to address performance
gaps effectively.
• To complete the monthly/Quarterly/Annual sales budget.
• Appointment of new dealer/distributor in untapped areas.
• Conduct market research in assigned areas.
• To ensure responsible for the quality of Farm ponds in the assigned area.
• Inspection for geomembrane installation on site.
• Complaint handling, resolution analysis of farmer complaints
