Role Overview
Responsible for managing Customer Management (CM) Support and overseeing end-to-end logistics operations, ensuring smooth order processing, timely deliveries, and effective issue resolution.
Key Responsibilities
Logistics Management
Monitor daily order processing, dispatch, and shipment tracking
Identify and resolve delivery delays, RTOs, and exceptions
Coordinate with courier partners for smooth operations
Ensure timely status updates in systems (e.g., Shopify, WMS)
Customer Management (CM) Support
Handle customer queries related to orders, deliveries, and returns
Ensure prompt resolution of complaints and escalations
Coordinate with internal teams for order updates and issue closure
Maintain high customer satisfaction and response TAT
Operations & Reporting
Track shipments in transit and highlight delays (e.g., >5 days pending)
Prepare daily/weekly logistics performance reports
Analyze trends to reduce delays and improve efficiency
Maintain accurate MIS and documentation
Key Skills Required
Strong communication & problem-solving skills
Knowledge of order lifecycle & logistics flow
Hands-on experience with platforms like Shopify / EasyEcom
Ability to handle escalations and work under pressure
Preferred Qualifications
Graduate (Operations / Commerce / Management)
Experience in e-commerce, supply chain, or logistics operations

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
