Position Summary Art Director—Graphic Design—Assistant Manager—Hyderabad Does visual communication excite you? Do you believe in making an impact through compelling visual storytelling? If yes , we are looking for you! You will work with internal clients to develop and deliver visual solutions that leverage the latest from industry and current in-house solutions. Work you’ll do • Produce highly creative graphic designs for different media (print, web, and videos) within an internal process-driven system, meeting client expectations for quality and creativity • Understand creative briefs, conceptualize visuals, prepare mockups and present ideas to stakeholders • Create graphic design projects through all phases of development: creative brainstorming, storyboarding, providing concepts based on customer and business needs, designing, revising, troubleshooting, and producing a final product as per Deloitte Brand guidelines • Lead a team of creatives by providing innovative ideas to ensure quality deliverables in a deadline driven environment • Work closely with the design team and stakeholders, to solve problems and communicate resolutions • Be a team player with a positive attitude and demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills The team The Government and Public Services (GPS) team provides solutions in support of market positioning and acquisition activities to maximize Deloitte’s revenue, relationships, and reputation in the Government marketplace. Strategic Marketing Planners (SMPs) are key marketing professionals in the Marketing and Communications team at Deloitte who convert business needs into powerful marketing strategies and impactful campaigns. The India team provides efficient, flexible, quality support to SMPs through innovative solutions that facilitate strategic decision making and works in collaboration with the US stakeholders in campaigns/activations, competitive intelligence support. Qualifications Required skills: • Knowledge of applications such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and Adobe InDesign • Experience using AI tools (Firefly) is preferred but not mandatory • Creative stamina, patience, and the ability to iterate on conceptual ideas through multiple rounds of edits • Ability to create production-ready or mechanical files to spec, for large-scale print and digital applications • Degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts or related field • Flair for conceptualization and visual storytelling • Good written and oral communication skills • Experience in team management Work Experience 6-+ years of hands on experience in a fast-paced environment Work timing 2:00 PM–11:00 PM Location Hyderabad How You’ll Grow At Deloitte, we’ve invested a great deal to create a rich environment in which our professionals can grow.
