Job Description
We are partnering with a growing precision machine shop in Los Angeles that is expanding rapidly after adding multiple new machines and increasing production capacity.
This team supports high-tolerance aerospace and defense work and is looking to bring on both CMM Programmers and CNC Mill Machinists who want to be part of a fast-moving, hands-on environment.
What You’ll Do
Depending on your background, responsibilities may include:
CMM Programming / Inspection
Program and operate CMMs (PC-DMIS or similar)
Perform first article, in-process, and final inspections
Interpret GD&T and engineering drawings
Work directly with machinists and engineers to resolve quality issues
Improve inspection processes and reduce cycle times
CNC Mill Machining
Set up and operate CNC milling machines
Machine high-precision parts to tight tolerances
Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
Perform in-process inspections and make necessary adjustments
Work closely with programming and quality teams on production
What They’re Looking For
Experience in CMM programming (PC-DMIS or similar) OR CNC mill machining
Strong understanding of GD&T and blueprint reading
Experience in aerospace, defense, or high-tolerance machining environments
Hands-on mindset and ability to work on the shop floor
Desire to grow with a company that is scaling

Compensation
Competitive compensation based on experience
Typical ranges:
CMM Programmers: ~$90K–$115K
CNC Machinists: ~$25–$45/hr
Pay: Up to $115,000.00 per year
