Beranek LLC. is a AS9100 certified, manufacturing company that has successfully operated in Torrance for over 45 years, specializing in the machining of high-precision parts for Tier One customers in the Aerospace/Defense and Missile defense Industries. Duties of potential applicant:
Perform CMM inspection using PC-DMIS
Perform first article inspection of precision machined detail components. Using AS9102 FORMAT
Applicant must be capable of using standard /basic inspection tools. Micrometers , calipers , thread gauges , comparators etc.
Must be able to read and interpret customer and industry specifications & drawings.
Must have knowledge of GD&T, and familiar with AS9100 specification.
MUST HAVE GOOD WRITTEN & VERBAL COMUNICATION SKILLS.
Able to work with production & management personnel
Must have as a minimum 5 years experience. Working with and inspecting aerospace precision machined detail components and sub-assemblies
Must have a minimum of a High school diploma
Pay Frequency:
Bi weekly or Twice monthly
