The Practice – A Brief Sketch
As a part of Banking practice within the agile and distributed Capability Network team, you will contribute as a strategic partner, helping shape new business models, collaborate with clients in unconventional ways, rediscover their purpose, and commit to constant innovation.
Bring in your technological expertise and a global perspective to enable banks and payment providers take bold steps to thrive and be future-ready. Help us reshape the banking industry with the following initiatives:
• Work closely with clients on complex client problems and leverage your domain knowledge and consulting skills to help them achieve their goals.
• Conduct analysis to determine best path for solving business problems that may include process improvement, systems enhancement, user training, and software procurement.
• Gather facts through research, interviews and surveys, to analyze the client's business processes, draw conclusions, prepare final reports, and give presentations.
• Be the architect of the business solution design, spanning areas such as defining customer journeys, policies, procedures design and high-level functional systems.
• Evaluate relative costs, benefits and obstacles of potential solutions
and implement the plans as defined.
• Provide subject matter expertise, guidance and recommendations that will drive the success and growth of the solutions and programs in the market.
• Conduct business readiness assessment and follow best practices to drive project implementation.

• MBA from Tier-1 B-school
• 2-7 years of work experience in top strategy, management, technology consulting firms or analytics firms for banks or financial services company
• Relevant consulting or industry experience, with proven ability to build relationships with senior business and technology leaders in cloud engagements for banking industry
• Relevant experience in designing strategy and implementing cloud solutions leveraging PaaS/SaaS, big data or analytics, for mid and large size banks.
• Experience in working with cloud solutions for core banking, payments, CRM and any support function applications for mid and large size banks
• Exposure to actual implementation for private/public clouds on AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, VMWare, Oracle, Salesforce, IBM cloud
