Understand client needs and design, implement, support business processes with focus on out-of-the-box solutions.

Work with leading Utilities clients to develop and execute global strategies, manage complex programs and integrate customer solutions to meet changing business challenges and regulations.

Core meter-to-cash oracle CC&B functional expertise including but not limited to billing, rates configurations, payments, credit & collection, supplier or utility billing options
Ability to solve complex business problems and deliver client delight
A blend of Utilities industry, consulting and technology skills
Ability to lead the team from thought leadership, solutioning and demand management perspective
Strong program management skills
Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
Cross-cultural competence with an ability to thrive in a dynamic environment

Your experience counts! • Engineering degree from one of the Tier-1 institutes • MBA is preferred • 5-7 years in Oracle Utilities Customer Care & Billing with experience in end to end implementations • Domain experience in either electricity, gas or water utilities industries • Proven track record with CIS implementation engagements. At least two Oracle CC&B implementations are desirable. Out of which, at least one with version 2.4 and above is needed • IS Utilities, SAP Certification will be an added advantage • SAP ISU CRM, SAP HANA OUCCS – CC&B Cloud version certification is preferred
