Roles & ResponsibilityOperate and monitor CNC machines to produce metal parts according to specificationsLoad and unload materials onto the machinesSet up and adjust machine tools as necessaryPerform regular maintenance and troubleshooting on machinesEnsure the production process runs smoothly and efficientlyInspect finished products for quality and accuracyMaintain a clean and organized work areaAdhere to safety and quality standards
QualificationsPrevious experience as a CNC Operator, or similar roleProficient in reading and interpreting engineering blueprintsAbility to operate and program CNC machinesStrong attention to detail and precisionGood mechanical aptitudeAbility to work independently and in a teamExcellent problem-solving skillsBasic computer skills
