Job Overview
We are seeking a basic CNC Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC machines to produce high-quality components according to specifications. This role requires a keen eye for detail, precision, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
Set up and operate CNC machines, including packing machine and de-coiler, to fabricate parts as per engineering drawings.
Utilize CAD software and SolidWorks for programming and design adjustments.
Conduct regular inspections of finished products using calipers and other measuring tools to ensure adherence to specifications.
Perform routine maintenance on CNC equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and optimize production processes.
Safely operate power tools and forklifts as needed in the manufacturing environment.
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean workspace.
Experience
Proven experience as a CNC Operator or in a similar role within a manufacturing setting.
Familiarity with Vertex software is preferred but not required.
Proficient in reading blueprints and technical drawings.
Strong mechanical aptitude with hands-on experience using various power tools.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating effective communication skills.

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
