Ability to commute/relocate

We are looking for someone that can program with MasterCam for both the CNC lathes and mills and set up and operate these machines
High school diploma or equivalent
5+ years with a minimum of 3 years of experience in set-up, operation, and programming of CNC lathe and mill machines
Experience with machining aluminum, steel, and stainless steel
Proficiency with typical precision measurements tools such as dial indicators, bore gauges, micrometers, calipers, and other common inspection tools
Must be able to work all required shift hours and overtime as needed
Ability to lift 25 lbs
unassisted, repetitive movement, bending or twisting, using hands to handle, control, or feel objects, tools or controls, exposure to sounds and noise levels that are distracting, exposure to typical shop chemicals (coolant, solvents, cleaners) are generally required to perform the functions of this position

• Working knowledge of cutting tools, as well as speeds and feeds for each, regardless of material
• Ability to read engineering prints, proficient interpretation of GD&T feature interpretation
• Working knowledge and experience developing work holding and fixturing solutions required to complete quality, repeatable parts
• Experience with manual honing, precision grinding
• Experience with laser engravers and associated software
• Desire to work with other team members to complete projects requiring multiple disciplines
• Strong communication skills and a desire to help achieve company goals
• Possess a strong desire to help maintain shop cleanliness and organization
