As a Lubricant/Metalworking Fluid Technical Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving problem solving extensive line of lubricants and metalworking fluids to industrial clients.

Job Title: Technical Services Engineer – Lubricant Industry (Company Product Suggestion)

Location: Pune, India

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive CNC/VMC Operator to join our team in the lubricant industry. The role focuses on providing technical support and recommending company products that best suit customers’ operational needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Offer expert technical support to customers in selecting and utilizing lubricants from the company’s product portfolio.

Conduct field visits and site assessments to understand customer requirements and provide tailored product recommendations.

Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless integration of company products into customer operations.

Troubleshoot lubrication-related issues and provide solutions to enhance equipment performance and lifespan.

Conduct training sessions and product demonstrations to educate customers on proper lubricant usage and maintenance practices.

Stay current with industry standards, competitor products, and emerging technologies to offer the best possible solutions.

Qualifications & Skills:

✅ Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Automobile, Chemical Engineering, or related fields.

✅ 1-3 years of experience in technical services or product application, preferably in lubricants or related industries (freshers with relevant internships welcome).

✅ Strong understanding of lubrication principles and industrial machinery.

✅ Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.

✅ Willingness to travel to customer sites across Pune and surrounding areas.

✅ Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.
