What will you do as a Co-Founder?
• Build our Recruitment Startup: Build one of the best technology companies in the world with an exceptional culture;
• Persevere: It is not easy to build companies. No matter how great the vision is, a lot of things boil down to execution. Startups are not a linearly upward journey, they are dizzying roller coaster rides. You are someone who does not give up no matter how often and how hard you are beaten down.
• Be a believer: If you do not believe in what we do, then you cannot live up to the expectations of a founder. We expect you to be a believer to the point that if everyone around you tells you it does not make sense, you will nevertheless go ahead and do it.
• Lead: Lead people from the front and have a very high degree of influence over everyone else.
• Strategize: You are a strategic thinker. Whether it is a product, finance (when to raise money and how much), execution or general management, you are expected to be an extremely strategic thinker.
• Manage: You are a highly adept manager. You are exceptional at managing yourself and managing all the priorities around you. You are also great at foreseeing issues, identifying risks and effectively managing them before they become a problem to the organization.
• Identify: Building teams is a very critical aspect of building companies from scratch. You have an innate ability to identify best from the rest. Your intuition is exemplary and you use it to make key recruitment decisions
