What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a Co-Founder & Strategic Investor—a visionary who can combine capital with strategic leadership to scale LinkCxO into a category-defining platform.
✔️ A strategic thinker with experience in HR Tech, SaaS, recruitment, or executive networks
✔️ An investor-partner who understands the massive potential of the leadership hiring and executive engagementspace
✔️ A co-founder mindset to help drive GTM strategy, scale the business, and build robust monetization & distribution engines
✔️ Passionate about building a market-making product that transforms how CXOs discover opportunities, insights, and networks
✔️ Well-connected within enterprise HR, venture capital, or leadership communities to help accelerate traction and credibility
Key Responsibilities
• ???? Strategic Vision & Business Expansion: Shape LinkCxO’s growth roadmap and long-term direction
• ???? Fundraising & Investor Relations: Drive capital strategy and build relationships across angel & VC ecosystems
• ???? Partnership Development: Forge alliances with enterprises, HR leaders, and ecosystem partners
• ???? Product & Platform Evolution: Work closely with product and tech teams to sharpen user offerings
• ???? Leadership & Team Building: Play a key role in assembling the core team and strengthening company DNA
• ???? Growth Focus: Contribute to monetization models, GTM initiatives, and commercial partnerships
Who You Are
• ✅ 10–20 years of relevant experience in tech, startups, investing, or executive-level ecosystems
• ✅ Previous entrepreneurial, leadership, or investor role in a high-growth venture
• ✅ Deep understanding of B2B SaaS, platforms, HR tech, or niche networks
• ✅ Strong capital access and/or network within VC, enterprise HR, or CxO communities
• ✅ Willing to take on a hands-on co-founder role with long-term commitment
• ✅ Driven by purpose, scale, and impact—not just valuation
