Take ownership for the following roles and responsibilities:

Timesheet Processing: Process timesheets accurately and promptly to ensure timely payroll.

Booking and Organising Inductions: Efficiently manage the induction process with our community partners, candidates and clients.

Health and Safety: Understand and contribute towards providing a safe working environment for all candidates.

Data Entry and Management: Manage data entry, data collation for reporting, and database management to support decision-making and operational efficiency.

Data Collation for Reporting: Manage spreadsheets and track various metrics to ensure the organisation’s recruitment processes are effective and streamlined.

Contract Administration: Administer contracts to all new candidates, ensuring all paperwork is completed and stored securely.

Spreadsheet Management: Create and manage spreadsheets that track recruitment metrics and other key data points to support reporting and analysis.

PPE Ordering: Coordinate the order and distribution of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), ensuring compliance with safety standards and maintaining inventory.

Booking External Training: Arrange and organise necessary external training sessions for candidates, ensuring all certifications and skills are up to date.

Diary Management: Maintain organised schedules for recruitment activities to ensure smooth operations and effective time management.

Community Engagement: Build and maintain relationshipswith suppliers to enhance and support the recruitment process.

Supportive Consultancy: Provide administrative support to consultants, organising and executing recruitment campaigns to contribute to their overall success. Flexible and willing to adapt to new situations and prioritising: The role involves a range of set activities mixed with reactional work, being able to adapt, prioritise and execute work on the fly is part of the role.

About You

Minimum 3 years' relevant work experience

Bachelor or higher qualification
