Job Description :

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated COBOL and Unix PL SQL Lead Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of COBOL and Unix PL SQL, as well as experience in software development, testing, and maintenance. The candidate will also be responsible for leading a team of developers and managing the development of interfaces using COBOL.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Relevant years of experience in COBOL and Unix PL SQL development
• Experience leading a team of developers for 4+ years
• Strong understanding of Unix operating system, shell scripting, and COBOL programming language
• Experience with database design and development using Oracle, SQL Server or similar databases
• Proficient in writing complex SQL queries and stored procedures using PL SQL
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in testing and debugging software applications
• Willingness to learn new technologies and tools.
