We are looking for an exceptional Cocktail Bartender to come and join us at Richmond Hill Hotel.
Located in the heart of London’s greenest borough, we are an independently owned Georgian hotel, just a stone through from the royal park. This is London’s gateway to nature.

What will I be responsible for?
We expect our Cocktail Barternder to provide engaging and charismatic service to all our customers in the Bar areas. To join our team, you must be passionate about continually developing your food, wine and cocktail knowledge since we are always striving to improve the excellent service we deliver to our customers. As a Cocktail Bartender at '144 on the Hill' restaurant and bar you’ll also be requried to:
• Have excellent knowledge of wines and cocktails with a passion to continually develop the drinks offering
• Ensures the compliance with workplace regulations in the department
• Have previous experience working within a high profile, destination bar as Cocktail Bartender
• Be passionate about creating fantastic cocktails with the ability to advise and recommend to customers
• Have a clear understanding and knowledge of effective liquor, stock and margin control within a bar environment
• Be self-motivated and an excellent leader with exceptional communication skills
• Be a team player and willing to develop other team members
• Assist with monthly stock take and cost control
• Create memorable experiences for our guests, simultaneously
ensuring that service is prompt and professional
• Support all the team, including the Waiters/Waitress
