Cocktail Server (Part time), Food & Beverage
SHIFT PATTERN (20 hours, 5 days per week)
We’re looking for a Part time Cocktail Server to join our vibrant and dynamic Food & Beverage team.

As a Cocktail Server at Mandarin Oriental Mayfair, London you will play an integral part in facilitating an experience like London has never known..
Within your role at Mandarin Oriental Mayfair, you will be responsible for:
• Meeting and greeting guests in a professional and efficient manner.
• Offering drink selection upon arrival of guests.
• Inquiring if guests would like to dine in the ABar lounge and offer food menus when applicable.
• Ensuring that mise-en-place levels are kept to standards.
• Maintaining excellent knowledge of all food and beverage items.
• Assisting the sommelier in beverage service.
As a Cocktail Server, you will be working on a rotating shift basis, Monday to Sunday, 40 hours a week. Shift patterns will vary from morning, afternoon and evening shifts (including weekends and bank holidays), so flexibility is required where applicable.
