As a Cocktail Waiter / ress you will be reporting directly to the Bar Manager, and work closely with the Bar team, bringing an unparalleled level of service embodying a no half measures attitude to provide the perfect guest experience.
Profile:
You’ll be a highly skilled individual with previous waitering experience in a cocktail bar. Possessing a natural curiosity for learning new techniques and a strong desire to develop and elevate the cocktail experience in London. Along with the ability to showcase your talent, you’ll project an approachable manner while remaining calm under pressure. From hosting, entertaining and owning our menus, you’ll bring an outstanding level of technique and innovation.
