This position will suit a social person whose main drive is to provide an excellent and memorable experience for all guests, as well as develop the team to achieve the same drive.
The management team will give you all tools necessary to constantly develop yourself and push your boundaries.
A positive personality who loves to interact with guests is essential. No experience is required for this role as training will be provided but you must have good character and be easy going.
As Cocktail Waiter/ess your duties will include:
- Work closely with the team to learn the correct ways of service and how to improve the guest experience
- Run every service effectively and with great attention to detail and guest satisfaction
- Ensure every single guest is looked after and enjoying themselves
- Ensuring the correct set-up and break down of the venue
- Learn all cocktails on the menu, including classic cocktails in order to describe them to the guest and help them make a great choice
- Learn the basics in Japanese whisky and other spirits in order to make simple recommendations and take correct orders
- Dealing with guests regarding any enquiries
- Build and maintain a strong positive relationship with our regular guests
- Maintaining the standards set for service at all times
- Assist with other tasks in the venue as required
