We are a leading educational institute in the City of Pune. Under the new management, we are pleased to run two extremely successful schools Viman Nagar and Salunkhe Vihar.

Responsibilities:
• Handle admission enquiries.
• Review prospective applications for school admission
• Research and verify the accuracy of application information
• Follow-up with parents to verify any application issues, including discrepancies or missing information
• Contact applicant references, if required to verify information included on pre-requisites and forms.
• Create profiles for each applicant student and present the required data to the principal and management for final approvals.
• Coordinate admission approval process with various departments as needed
• Strategize and ideate to improve the admission process wherever possible
• Maintain all admission related data
• Straterize and ideate marketing strategies that the school can implement that aligns with the management’s vision for growth.
• Be able to work with the media team on any events/processes that are directly or indirectly related to admissions.
Qualifications :
-A Bachelor's degree in any related field is preferred
-2 years of experience
-Functional knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
-Excellent communication skills in English, both written and oral
-Willingness to adapt to efficiently adhere to the processes in place
-Ability to work extended hours during critical admissions seasons
-Strong communication skills with the ability to deliver information effectively and persuasively
-Highly organized with a distinct propensity for timeliness and professionalism
