Job Description
As a Coffee Partner, you will play a key role in driving coffee quality and sales through close collaboration with our Bakery and Operations teams.
You will work with other members of the wider Coffee Team to drive impact, quality and grow sales through data insights, our rigorous quality assurance programme and tailored site-support. You will develop and promote a culture of Bakery ownership of quality standards, ensuring a strong coffee culture is embedded throughout the business, ultimately driving sales growth.
ABOUT THE JOB
Coffee Culture & People Development
Inspire and coach teams to embed strong coffee culture and uphold our craft standards.
Act as an ambassador for coffee excellence, engaging internal teams and supporting talent growth and retention.
Lead by example to drive team performance, operational capability, and bakery-level commercial success.
Support delivery of departmental plans, including on‑site coaching, equipment rollouts, and participation in internal/external coffee events.
Share insights from the wider coffee industry to continuously enhance our approach.
Quality Assurance & Sales Growth
Strengthen bakery engagement with coffee quality and its commercial impact.
Use data-led insights to identify opportunities, implement improvements, and support sales growth.
Embed processes, standards, and tools to ensure consistent, high‑quality coffee across all bakeries.
Monitor and elevate product quality and customer experience through a strong cross-functional feedback loop.
Operational Excellence & Profitability
Ensure robust day‑to‑day coffee operations across bakeries to deliver business goals.
Translate commercial objectives into clear, actionable plans that enhance quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with Operations to maintain systems and processes that support consistent coffee execution.
Support continuous improvement, focusing on waste reduction, performance tracking, and scalable best practice.
New Bakery Openings & Expansion
Lead coffee excellence at new bakery openings, ensuring high‑quality execution and smooth implementation of standards and ways of working.
