Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as Co-Founder at Retail Chain located in Mumbai. As Co-Founder, you will be responsible for brainstorming, developing, and executing ideas and strategies for growth. You will work with other Co-Founders and the management team to develop and implement processes and systems that help the organization achieve its goals. You will also be responsible for designing, testing, and implementing new services and Financing/Fundraising that can help drive the company. Permanent stake will be given.
Qualifications
• Proven experience as a Co-Founder or in a similar leadership role, with a track record of building and scaling businesses
• Strong business acumen and understanding of financial statements, accounting, and budgeting
• Experience with marketing, branding, and product development
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to make data-driven decisions
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in the retail industry is a plus
• Experience working in Mumbai and familiarity with the local market is a plus
