Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Co-Founder with a deep understanding of Product Management, Growth, Strategy and Branding to help establish and grow our executive search firm.
The ideal candidate will have a strong network of contacts within the industry and be able to leverage these relationships to attract high-growth technology companies and place top-tier talent for our clients.
Responsibilities:
• Co-create the vision and mission of the company and set the direction for growth and expansion
Create and implement strategies to grow the company's brand and presence in the market.
• Manage and oversee the growth team, responsible for driving customer acquisition and retention.
• Drive thought leadership in the Product Management space through participation in industry events, speaking engagements, and content creation
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the product management industry, including the latest trends, challenges, and best practices
• Oversee branding and marketing initiatives to enhance the visibility and credibility of the firm
Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry leaders.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices, and use this knowledge to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
• Build a high-performance culture by developing and motivating the team, setting clear goals and expectations, and providing regular feedback and coaching.
Qualifications:
1. 7+ years of experience in Sales, growth, strategy and branding
• Proven track record of driving company growth and creating a strong brand impact in the market.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
• Extensive network of contacts within the technology industry, specifically within Product Management and Leadership
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to take risks and experiment.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field
