As a Tech Cofounder with investment for an Edtech and consulting startup, your responsibilities would span both technical leadership and strategic business development.
Product Development:
Make key decisions on the tech stack, architecture, and product design based on the startup's vision and future scalability.
Technology Roadmap:
Define and execute a clear technology roadmap aligned with the company’s goals, integrating new features, enhancements, and updates..
• Capital Contribution
• Provide initial investment and co-manage budget allocation for product development, marketing, hiring, and operations.
• Investor Relations
• Participate in fundraising efforts, building relationships with potential investors and showcasing the technical viability of the business
• Prepare and present technical and business progress reports to stakeholders and investors.
• Edtech Trends and Innovation
• Continuously research and implement cutting-edge technologies to position the startup as a leader in the Edtech space.
• Identify opportunities for partnerships, mergers, or acquisitions to strengthen the tech offering.
In this role, you are not only responsible for the technical foundation and growth of the company but also contribute significantly to the financial and strategic direction of the business. Your vision and leadership will be crucial in driving the success of both the Edtech platform and the consulting services.
