We are seeking a skilled IBM Cognos Controller Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing and maintaining solutions using IBM Cognos Controller, with over 5 years of relevant experience. This role is based in Kuwait.
Responsibilities:
• Ability to create detailed technical documentation and user guidelines.
• Develop and maintain IBM Cognos Controller solutions.
• Configure and manage financial data and consolidation processes.
• Integrate IBM Cognos Controller with other financial systems.
• Implement Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) practices, including DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions.
• Provide support and troubleshooting for IBM Cognos Controller solutions.
Requirements:
• Experience with other IBM Cognos products (e. g., IBM Cognos TM1).
• Basic knowledge of SQL and database management.
• Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance.
• Understanding of Agile project management methodologies.
• Experience with user acceptance testing and end-user support.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

• Experience with data integration and ETL processes.
• Knowledge of Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) and DevOps practices.
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder updates and end-user training.
