Midtown est à la recherche d'un coiffeur ou d'une coiffeuse pour rejoindre l'équipe du spa.
Le poste
Nos coiffeurs sont des professionnels courtois intéressés à promouvoir le bien-être et la satisfaction de nos membres et invités. Ils font partie intégrante de notre organisation et :
• Fournir des traitements capillaires conformément aux procédures établies.
• Être proactif dans l'apprentissage des nouvelles tendances et techniques en matière de coiffure.
• Maintenir la propreté de l'espace pendant toute la durée du travail, éliminer les déchets et les lignes sales, et ranger les équipements à la fin du travail.
• Travailler en synergie avec les autres associés et les aider à promouvoir les services du spa et à atteindre les objectifs du département.
• Promouvoir les services du spa/salon et vendre des produits au détail.
• Répondre aux besoins de manière professionnelle, positive et en temps opportun.
Nos coiffeurs :
• Avoir au moins deux ans d'expérience en tant que coiffeur-styliste et faire preuve d'un haut niveau de compétence.
• Faire preuve d'un haut niveau de service à la clientèle, de courtoisie et d'attention.
• Maintenir l'image physique du salon ainsi que l'inventaire des produits.
• Promouvoir son propre travail ainsi que sa participation aux programmes/événements du club.
• Respecter les lois et réglementations locales et nation ales en matière de licences.
• Expérience préalable du service à la clientèle souhaitée
• Sympathique, avenant et passionné par la coiffure
• Excellent communicateur et excellentes compétences en gestion du temps
• Très fiable et capable de travailler de manière indépendante
• Excellent es compétences techniques en matière de coiffure, notamment en ce qui concerne les mises en plis, les mèches, la couleur, les coupes et la coiffure formelle.

The Position
Our Hair Stylists are courteous professionals interested in promoting the well-being and satisfaction of our members and guests. They are an integral part of our organization and:
• Provide hair treatments in accordance with established procedures
• Are proactive about learning new hair trends and techniques
• Maintain cleanliness of spa areas throughout shift, dispose of trash and dirty lines, and secure supplies at end of shift
• Partner with and assist other associates to promote spa services and achieve department goals
• Promote Spa/salon services and sell retail products
• Address needs in a professional, positive and timely manner
Our Hair Stylists:
• Have a minimum of one year of experience as a hair stylist; demonstrating a high level of proficiency
• Demonstrate a high level of client service with courtesy and attentiveness
• Maintain physical image of salon as well as supply inventory
• Promote their own work as well as participation in club programs/events
• Must adhere to local and state licensing laws and regulations
• Previous customer service experience preferred
• Friendly, personable, and passionate about hair
• Great communicator and fantastic with time management skills
• Very reliable and able to work independently
• Excellent technical styling abilities which include blowouts, braids, color, cuts, and formal styling
