Interstate Mechanical LLC
Interstate Mechanical Corporation, (IMCOR) is a full-service HVAC contractor located in Phoenix Arizona, with over 50 years of experience installing and maintaining heating and cooling systems. We are currently seeking a Cold Call Sales person to join our team. We continue to grow and need another great person to join our team.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Calling prospective clients and making calls all day every day to drive business.
Putting all calls, and conversations into a CRM.
Play an integral role in driving sales by having a great sense of urgency and detail in everything you do.
Participate in weekly internal meetings with the sales team
Skills/Qualifications:
Must love sales, and understand every day you we want the most output.
Telemarketing experience helpful and preferred.
Must be able to communicate effectively and maintain effective relationships with co-workers and customers
The ability to perform under pressure with stringent guidelines and time frames
High sense of urgency and once again a great passion for sales
The desire to think outside the box and always problem solve to connect with customers.
Ability to cooperate successfully as a member of a team and at times and work independently with minimal supervision
A great attitude and a willingness to learn.
