Sesada Luxe Cleaning Services is a premium cleaning service launching soon, and we’re looking for a confident, driven Cold Caller & Bookings Assistant to help us line up clients before we open our doors!Short-term position with potential for ongoing work.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Making outbound calls to potential clients from a provided listIntroducing our cleaning services in a friendly, professional tone
Booking consultations, site visits, or service appointments
Following up with leads and managing a call-back list
Recording outcomes and keeping client info up-to-date
You’re a Great Fit If You:
Are confident, clear, and persuasive on the phoneHave previous experience in sales, bookings, or customer serviceCan follow a script but adjust naturally during conversationAre organised, detail-oriented, and tech-savvyHave access to a quiet space, phone, and internet
