Job Description
One of our Clients is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Cold Calling Executive to join their team. As a Cold Calling Executive, you will be responsible for initiating outbound calls to prospective clients, promoting their products/services, and generating leads. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a resilient attitude, and the ability to handle rejection professionally. BPO experience is preferred, and the role involves achieving sales targets based on the number of dials made. Additionally, you will be involved in email campaign management, social media outreach, and coordinating with external vendors. This position requires working from their office on a full-time basis.
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Initiate cold calls to potential clients, introduce our products/services, and identify sales opportunities.
• Maintain a high volume of outbound calls daily, meeting or exceeding the set target of dials.
• Effectively handle objections and rejections from prospective clients, demonstrating resilience and professionalism.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads through consistent prospecting efforts.
• Collaborate with the sales team to provide them with qualified leads and valuable insights gained from conversations.
• Manage email campaigns by creating engaging content, tracking responses, and following up with interested prospects.
• Utilize social media platforms to identify and engage with potential clients, increasing brand visibility and lead generation.
• Coordinate with external vendors to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives and campaigns.
• Keep accurate records of calls, leads, and customer information using CRM software.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities.
• Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year of experience in cold calling, preferably in a BPO environment.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets through outbound calling.
• Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to engage with individuals at all levels.
• Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills to convert leads into sales.
• Resilient attitude with the ability to handle rejection professionally and maintain motivation.
• Experience in managing email campaigns and utilizing social media for lead generation.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
• Proficiency in using CRM software to track leads and customer information.
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and ethical conduct.
• Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Must be willing to work full-time from our office location.
