Cold Storage Operations Executive
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Supervise and manage a team of laborers across different shifts.
• Ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for stock dispatch.
• Achieve target-based output through effective planning and execution.
• Possess comprehensive knowledge of all warehouse activities.
• Implement proper handling and loading techniques to maintain product quality.
• Monitor transit to identify and report any instances of damage.
• Maintain accurate data related to inward/outward stock movements, costs, and other relevant activities.
• Coordinate with labor contractors and logistics providers for hiring and replacing resources.
• Effectively manage contract laborers to ensure smooth operations and uninterrupted product supply.
• Adhere to SOPs while performing any tasks within the warehouse.
• Demonstrate problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
• Stay updated with industry best practices in cold storage and warehouse operations.
• Provide detailed briefings to subordinates and staff regarding exceptions and areas for improvement.
• Resolve issues and address concerns raised by staff and supervisors on a daily basis.
