About the team: Liaison between the creditors and consumers. They are in charge of observing accounts to identify overdue payments, report collection activity, address client queries, and develop repayment plans.
Expectations/ Requirements:
Outbound/ Customer Care Executive / BPO / outbound/ Call Center / Voice Process /Day Shift.
Shift - Day Shift
5 & 6 Days Working
Candidate should be comfortable for
Mumbai.
Candidate should be comfortable for voice process.
Should be good either Hindi/English/ Tamil/ Telugu /Kanada /Malayalam
