Job Overview
Equinox Labs is looking for a Collection Agent to join our team in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. As a Collection Agent, you will be responsible for efficiently collecting outstanding payments from clients. This is a full-time position suitable for candidates with less than 1 year of experience in collections.
Roles and Responsibilities
• The Collection Agent has to collect Food or Water Samples from each client's site and courier the same to the company.
• Collection Agent will be receiving collection inventories at his/her place including collection kits and equinox delivery bags.
• Collection Agent will be responsible for maintaining and keeping records of these inventories
