Job Description
Responsibilities and Duties
➢ Payment reminders and follow-ups to be done on daily basis through calls and emails. Escalate as appropriate.
➢ Co-ordinate with Legal to send letters for outstanding issues.
➢ Co-ordinate with Project Team to track the billing milestones for invoicing.
➢ Monitor and report on deviations from credit standards.
➢ Ensure timely and accurate invoicing to the customers.
➢ Provide suggestions and recommendations to improve quality of invoicing and collection procedures.
➢ Weekly reporting of invoicing totals / aging totals / cash receipts / invoice adjustments etc.
➢ Ensure that MIS is shared with Business on a timely basis
Desired Candidate’s Profile:
❖ Experience of 4-5 years in the Collections.
❖ Good understanding of Accounting concepts and basics of GST / TDS.
❖ Possess knowledge of advanced formulas in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and Outlook
❖ Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Well versed in English as well as Hindi. Should have good email writing skills.
❖ Excellent analytical and presentation skills, in order to create and present reports and data.
❖ Excellent inter-personal skills and customer relationship management.
Must Haves-
Experience in MIS
Experience in GST and TDS & Accounts concepts
Experience in Tally
Experience in invoicing
