We are currently looking for experienced telesales professionals to join our team as Bpotelesales, Telesales, Voiceprocess, or Collection Executives. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads and closing sales by contacting potential clients via phone and email. As a vital part of our team, you will help us achieve our goals of expanding our customer base and providing our clients with excellent financial services.

Responsibilities
Contact potential clients through phone calls and emails.
Take incoming calls from clients and provide them with information regarding our financial products and services.
Generate new leads by following up on referrals, cold calling, and networking.
Work with the KreditBee team to develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue.
Update client information and maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
Meet and exceed sales targets set by the company.
Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems and finding solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
[5:01 pm, 16/06/2026] pg: Minimum of 1 year experience in telesales, voice process, or collections in the financial services industry.
Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and any other regional language.
Strong sales and negotiation skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
Experience with data entry and computer systems.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
