Voice Process Collections
We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as complete Voice (Collection Process) executives for our Night Shift.

Salary- upto 26k
Location : Malad (Mumbai)
#Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance via call in a timely and accurate manner
Identify and escalate priority issues to the relevant team for resolution
Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
Identify and suggest process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction
Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and process changes
Ensure adherence to company policies and guidelines Requirements:
Excellent written and talking communication skills in English
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to multitask and handle multiple chats simultaneously
Willingness to work in Night Shift
Qualifications:
Minimum educational qualification of a high school diploma or equivalent
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills
Ability to adapt and learn quickly
Should have atleast 24 months of International BPO experience for SSC pass
HSC pass with atleast 18 months of BPO experience
Graduates should have atleast 12 months if experience
