Rupymart is an app/web based online digital lending platform focused upon meeting the financial requirements (e.g. pocket money or other discretionary expenditures) of students (Only 18+ age group). The platform envisages to provide micro loans with amounts ranging from Rs. 1,000/- to Rs. 20,000/-.

Overview of the Job: Process Executives
Work location: Kolkata
Desired Profile:
Must be a graduate
Experience - 0 to 1yrs
Candidate must have good English, Hindi, Bengali communication skills
Should be open to working in Shifts
Must be a Graduate. MBA and Engineers preferred
Experience: 0 to 1 years
Responsibilities:
· Responsible to create/maintain/update loan book and customer satisfaction.
· Responsible for overseeing all loan processing and collections.
· Prepare daily activity reports and MIS.
· Ensure effective delivery of SLAs as per the defined standard operating procedures.
· Build a Continuous Improvement Culture
· Play a significant role in long term planning with view to deliver operational excellence to support other functions of the organization
· Lead Lean initiatives and deliver improvement solutions
· Calling Customers and attending inbound calls
Salary: As per Industry standards
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher
Salary: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
