We are hiring for Collection Executive - Voice Process (DRA Certified)

Location: Gurugram

Salary: 15000 - 22000 (Per Month)

DRA Certified Prefered

Key Responsibilities:
• Contact customers to remind them of outstanding payments.
• Negotiate payment arrangements considering customer’s financial situation.
• Update account information and payment history in the recovery system.
• Escalate accounts requiring special attention.
• Provide professional and empathetic customer service.
• Maintain accurate records and meet daily/weekly targets.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.

1-2 years' experience in recovery.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and recovery software.

Communication in Hindi and English is required.
