Job Role: Collection Manager
Process: Debt Collection
Location: Mumbai
Job Purpose:
The role incumbent will be responsible for managing and monitoring Debt Management for multiple products across all geographies for North
Role:
Core Collections:
- Responsible for Pre-due, Soft Bucket & hard bucket collections across products
- Periodic reviews with teams and Agency for performance improvement
- Collection agencies empanelment & performance monitoring based on requirement.
- Strategy and New age collections through Digital Modes
- Formulation of allocation and legal strategies
- Delinquency Projections
- Analyse & provide early warning indicators to Credit & FCU, based on collection feedback & delinquency performance
- Automation of collection processes
Legal Collection -
- Support Advocate & Legal counsel empanelment
- Oversight and Regular monitoring of legal action & its performance
- Assist in Legal collection strategy for collection performance improvement
Process & Compliance -
- Adherence to Collection policy and processes
- Implement & improve collection processes such as payment reconciliation & statutory compliance
- Handling internal & external collection audits
Qualification & experience
- Years of experience – 3 to 4 years in unsecured loan collection of any Fintech / NBFC or Bank
- Mandatory Qualification – Graduate and DRA certification
- Good communication skills
Essential skills - Good to have-Technology skills
