Join our growing team and play a key role in driving portfolio health, recovery efficiency, and customer relationship management across key markets in East India.
Role: Collection Manager CV & CE Finance
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage collections for Commercial Vehicle & Construction Equipment finance portfolios within assigned territories
- Drive resolution of delinquent accounts through strategic collection planning and on-ground execution
- Monitor bucket-wise performance and ensure adherence to collection targets
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, legal teams, and recovery agencies
- Conduct customer visits and negotiate settlements / payment arrangements
- Analyze portfolio trends and implement corrective action plans
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines
Preferred Qualifications & Skills:
- Graduate / Post-Graduate in any discipline
- 5-7 years of experience in CV/CE finance collections (NBFC or banking preferred)
- Strong analytical, communication & negotiation skills
- Ability to manage field teams and external agencies
- Familiarity with local geography and customer profiles
- Willingness to travel within assigned region
