• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Collections is mandatory.
• Minimum qualification to apply : Graduation.
• Must have sound background in UNSECURED collections/recovery.
• Must have sound LEGAL & Compliance knowledge.
• Must have knowledge and expertise to ensure proper collection management by tracking key metrics, developing dashboards and analyzing trends in the portfolio.
• Must have capability to clearly communicate analysis and present it to business stakeholders.
• Must have knowledge of collection system used in Banks/NBFCs and implementing solutions/feedback coding rules on the same.
Must have skill of collection agency management as candidate need to deal daily with all collection agency staff
