Bilingual Collection Representative (Spanish/English) – $18–$20/hr + Monthly Bonus
Location: Thousand Oaks, CA
Schedule: Full-Time, In-Office | Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM PST

We are looking for a motivated and articulate Bilingual (Spanish/English) Collection Representative to join our growing team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy solving problems, and have strong negotiation skills, we’d love to meet you.
What You’ll Do
Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and empathy.
Negotiate payment solutions while adhering to all federal, state, and client compliance standards.
Manage an active portfolio of 250+ accounts and consistently achieve monthly collection goals.
Research and verify account information through regulatory resources.
Maintain detailed notes and schedules using our collection systems.
Participate in training and team meetings to stay current on best practices and company standards.
What We’re Looking For
Bilingual Spanish/English (required).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Experience in collections, telemarketing, sales, or call centers (preferred but not required).
Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow compliance guidelines.
Reliable, punctual, and able to thrive in a structured, goal-driven environment.
