Job Description
• Managing collection strategy for retail products
• Track Debt Collection Agencies (DCA) performance on a daily & monthly basis against MTD target v/s achievement & issuing performance letters monthly
• Preparation of cost and manpower annual budgets
• Forecast and projection of NSP / NCL, provisioning budget, Annual targets
• Monitoring performance of collection team against targets
• Preparation of Business Score Card (BSC) and KPI for collection team and monthly monitoring of performance
• Implementation of collections projects
• Preparation and review of process notes and collection SOP
• Support auditors for process audit
• Performance monitoring of Collection Agencies
Additional Responsibilities
• Working on implementation of Collection Management system for India Consumer business
• UAT Testing of various modules of Collection Management system(CMS)
• Testing of mobility solution & Agency Management module as part of the CMS implementation
• Liasoning with local & regional technology team for timely delivery of various Collection system module
• Acting as a back-up to system administrator for CMS
• Preparing training document for Collection Management system
Required Experience
6 - 8 years of experience in Retail Collection Strategy and Analytics (Mortgages, Unsecured Loans, Credit Cards, Small Business Loans)
