What you’ll do
To Recover dues of delinquent customer as per allocation through inhouse or agencies as per given targets and as per RBI guidelines and as process and policies laid down by the organization within set timelines.
He would be responsible for collection of overdue accounts of customer is all buckets and for various products.
Providing detailed MIS to his superior and ensuring performance of his Field team and Vendors with proper training and Field visit.
Maintaining MIS and coordinating with OPS and Sales department.
Legal Filing of NPA cases.
Appointment and retaining vendors.
