Pay Details: $37.00 to $47.00 per hour

Review of all conditions precedent to filing of action, including review of documents, financials, notices and demand letters;
Draft and review correspondence and pleadings to initiate actions;
Ensure all internal databases are updated to include recommendations, next steps and documentation;
Monitor progress and develop strategies to bring files to resolution effectively and efficiently;
Prepare and draft legal documents including, but not limited to collection proceedings;
Analysis of legal and factual issues in complex real estate matters;
Represent clients in a variety of court proceedings, including mediation, status conferences and motion hearings;
Advise clients on laws related to a wide variety of related matters;
Handle litigation cases from start to finish
