Qualifications
Licensed and in good standing with the Ohio State Bar for at least 1-year
At least 3-5 years of collection experience
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to build rapport with clients
Ability to handle a large workload with minimal supervision

Analysis of legal and factual issues in complex real estate matters;
Represent clients in a variety of court proceedings, including mediation, status conferences and motion hearings;
Advise clients on laws related to a wide variety of related matters;
Handle litigation cases from start to finish
