ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA .. .
• hould know Hindi, English & Marathi.
• Must have worked a trainer for min 1 year for outbound (Insurance & collections) process.
• Must have managed BQM, refreshers, calibration, NHT, TNA, TNI, OJT & mock calls
• Education – Minimum HSC Passed
