A. Staff Training & Quality Management
Conducting induction and refresher training programs for field staff's at the defined periodicity.
Impact review of the training, trainee assessment and content development for the training.
Conduction of refresher training during the branch visits.
B. Participant Training for Livelihood Development
To assess monthly training requirements of the participants and taking it for approvals; To effectively implement, monitor the program.
To empanel suitable vendors for training, monitoring and processing their payments.
Conducting Impact assessment of skill training programs conducted.
C. Financial Literacy / Credit Counseling
Conducting financial literacy & Credit Counseling programs on Banking habit, Savings, expenses planning.
Submission of details post completion of the financial literacy cum credit counseling
